Deserve a mention for customer service...

They carried out some work on my car last week...on checking the car over the weekend, I discovered that the wheel brace was missing...whislt I knew that it was there several months ago when I had a puncture, and I felt sure it would have been in its correct position, I could not prove that it was there before I took it in..

Anyway, rang Hughes and explained that the brace was missing...chap on phone went through sequence of "it could not have possibly been us" etc but left it that he would see what he could do...got a phone call back saying that they had a brace in stock and I could pick it up at anytime FOC!!

I must admit that I was expecting them to deny any liability, so was pleased that this was sorted without any bother (still don't know what happened to the original brace, whether it was down to them or me).

Only a small matter, but they sorted it quickly...good customer service.. (they also let me drive the car away after work was done as they did not have all the info they needed to prepare the bill on the proviso that they would ring me and settle up over phone)
 
I'll echo your sentiments. I use them a lot and really can't fault them.:rock:

Having said that, no doubt someone will pop us and say different! ;)
