Sally is my old pal Mike Smith's wife. A truly lovely lady indeed and very down to earth. A good number of years ago, Mike put a Tiswas roadshow together and I was roped in to work behind the scenes on the shows. Sally was a proper trooper and a joy to work with, as was Benny the Phantom Flan Flinger. It's one of my CV highlights - "I made flans for the Phantom Flan Flinger". Not a lot of people can say that!
