I’m at a loss - identity theft

Makes one wonder why the “Banks” tell to report “any suspicious activity” on our accounts.

I would still do so and follow it up in writing stating clearly that I have notified them -date/time etc.

Agree Bruce, I did send a letter recorded delivery stating I was not responsible and enclosing copies of crime reports to HMRC and Action Fraud Plus I registered with CIFAS.
