Ah, sorry, re read and get your point. This is the issue, while it’s a lot of car, I’m not really comfortable dropping 9k on a car with 90k plus miles... However, I guess it’s just a mindset as a newer one would loose far more in depreciation. What are your thoughts on potential big bills?

That's a nice option (I also have it)

Consumable tyres, brakes, wiper blades of course, but I would recommend the ATF change £250 to £300 and obviously a service when due (major / minor?)

Have any advisories been taken care of? (dealer should do that)
Then £20 to clean and Fabsil the roof before winter

Map updates do cost money and you might want the BT audio update (Comand On Line can advise on all of that stuff)

These are thin on the ground as said, so if its close to what you want I wouldn't wait around, even at this time of the year....

Our old 2002 Jag gave up its will to live with 82,000 miles on the clock.

The Mercedes mileage is in the 90’s.

It’s a newer car but with more mileage than the car it will replace.
