I could not see sport mode anymore when I switch to sport or M mode

Hide anyone face this problem . The car runs only on D . Or manual model
I could not switch to sport automatic

what could be the problem

when on D runs normal
When I try to switch to sport it goes on Manual 1.23... etc

did anyone face this before ?!
