Hi to the group.
My local mechanic was going to replace the rubber brake lines on my daughters A140 following finding that it had a split in it. The problem is that corrosion has got hold of the associate nut on the metal pipe and even mole grips can't get it off. This mean brute force is required and a new metal pipe from the front drivers side brake right across the internal engine compartment.
Now the problem i have is finding one... eBay hasn't thrown up anything, Google finds plenty of rubber hoses.. but the only metal pipes i can find is the front to back one.
Has anyone managed to find an on-line supplier for this pipework??? I'd prefer genuine MB parts but would take anything right now...
Any advice or pointers appreciated.
Cheers..
