I need a tv! (CRT, widescreen)

Hi all,

I'm after a tv to replace mine - only after a CRT, not a new flat panel. Must be 32" (or bigger), widescreen, and at least 60hz or higher.

Not after anything flashy, just so long as those are covered. I'm in south yorks, can't really pick up unless its pretty local, so if you've got something, PM me and I'll see about collection etc if the price of the unit is right

Take a look on Freecycle - always coming up on there and they are free!!!!

Try ebay, loads there, I was looking because I don't like Plasma or LCD picture quality with SD but when I saw with and upscaled freeview recorder or DVD it was a lot better.

Had a look on ebay, but there was nothing in a reasonable distance that was a min of 60hz. Except one, but it was massive and too big for my needs!

I'm keeping an eye on freecycle, but nothing has popped up yet

I noticed that on ebay but because there's so many the turnaround is pretty quick.
Why is it you only need/want CRT?

Just need something cheap for the moment as the current TV is on its way out

I've got a panny 100hz 32" CRT in excellent condition with remote, stand, external speakers - the works.
Now surplus to requirements only because replaced with a plasma.

Only problem is I'm in North London. If you do venture down then let me know.
You can have it for £75.
