I need help and advice please

I have a cla220 cdi amg sport 2014, my 1st merc and love the quality and feel of it, 12hrs into buying it the satnav failed, everything else works ie phone dvd radio bluetooth but every now and again the system locks up so i hold the power button to reset it.
The dealer is trying to help me but i am getting impatient and want the bloody satnav working. I feel my hard drive is in a coma and trying to wake up, i recieved no dvd or sd card with the car when i bought it like i say new to merc.
the pictures i have attached are of the drive and the system i am told i have ntg 4.5 (means nothing to me) What i would like to happen is to retain original look and control maybe have the drive flashed or reinstalled, however i am open to installing apple car paly and android auto, and this is where i become confused as i have no idea what i should buy for the car, to get this working. Any help, links, advice is appreciated.

Alex @alexanderfoti runs AMF Mercedes , Tonbridge ,Kent as an independent specialist.
The guys at Command Online, Lightwater,Surrey may be worth a ring they know all things (member @richard ?)
Also have a read of your rights under the ConSumer Rights Act , in case the dealer is fobbing you off and playing for time until you pay yourself .
The two people above may be able to give you a cost idea though , or at least where to start.
