Folks,
When I accepted my present job, it ticked all the boxes and I thought would make me happy.
Within two days, I knew the job was wrong (for reasons I won't go into) but I have stuck it out because of the crunch and frankly fear that I won't find as good a job again, being as the big 50 is looming on the horizon.
Never, ever has a job depressed me so much.
If I talk with anyone during the working day it is a novelty, I work with a team that work like a jazz band rather than an orchestra and a boss that doesn't can't change the situation.
I even ask him regularly whether he requires my services and I get the usual "it'll get better" but it never does.
What the heck should I do?
