I think you've been going about this all wrong - need to follow that Pug 206 advert style - go buy a Reliant Robin and mod it into an S class AMG of course It would take you a goodly while - cost a fortune - but still only be a Reliant Robin underneath

AMG kit, theres always bumpers on eBay hard part will be finding out which will fit your model of W203

I'm not overly keen on the AMG body kit for the w203. The mesh grills look a bit (funny) but I can investigate further. AMG do several very nice , very exbensive steering wheels though.

What about some big callipers and grooved discs?? Got any shiny bits under the engine bay? There are always mods left to do...

I'd looked into this a bit. C32 brakes are very expensive but look cool. Sport Pack brakes seem to have some issues (Tilly) and dealers reckon they wear out quickly. But worthy of consideration.

Any more ideas?

Doors sills illuminated or cromed?

Have you find a solution to find out a way in order to illuminate the centre armrest (I don't know if it's illuminated on facelifted W203 )

I have done the rear shade but not the side shades so that an idea! The door sills are already illuminated.

Arm rest..maybe

and yes at last the suspension got sorted!!
