I thought gruyere cheese was from switzerland not yorkshire....

Can't see Yorkshire reference. But does it really come from the milk of a single cow?

That's bull!
I was on the horns of a dilemma about posting this but let us show sympathy for the cows standing out on cold and lonely hillsides. They must be udderly Friesian.

You're really milking this one!

But those cows really are outstanding In their field.......

Surley the cow was married and not single? , to give milk she would have to have been pregnant. A baby cow being born in Switzerland out of wedlock ?

Udderly rediculous thought !
