ICarsoft monitored my DPF regen?

I’m going to contact Icarsoft, as I can’t believe the dpf can’t be regenerated or information accessed via the system as this engine has been out years and is in other models

Very strange all right,,,,I can access the DPF data on my w212 Eclass 220 with both the iCarsoft MB 11, and iCarsoft CR Pro.

Mine is the same, not available for my ML250 bluetec ,2015, dpf, even read live data I can't find. Unfortunately not available this futures for all models. I think is better for the older cars.

With both the iCarsoft MB11 and CR-PRO, I can read the status of the DPF, but only with the CR -PRO, can I perform a regen. BTW, my car is a 2014 Eclass w212, 220 engine.
