I presume you have the pop up blocker turned off. Click on tools go to pop up blocker and turn it on, or is it not that simple?

Your browser MAY have been hijacked. If after running your antispyware software and the like and it still happens, then its a reasonable possibility. To clear this problem can sometimes prove very difficult and often requires the use of a specialist cleanup program called "COMBOFIX" to eradicate the hijack. Type in combofix in your browser, download the small program and follow the instructions to the letter. Its not too difficult and anyone with average ability can do it and only takes about 10-15 minutes.

    However..................

Sometimes a way around this is to install and use Firefox as your browser and ignore IE.
This isnt a complete cure, but it may stop the annoying pop-ups - and as a bonus, Firefox is a quicker, safer browser than IE.

    Firefox is far superior.

Or, it was until this last "improvement". Meddlers.

Still, Firefox and Ad Block Plus seems like heaven. Or, the browser part, at least.
I've still not tried Chrome, nor Safari.
