ignition barrel with keys wanted

I looking to buy a ignition barrel and keys for a 91plate sl300, also a haynes manual
please let me no if anyone has one of either thank you

There is no Haynes manual for the R129. You'll probably have to get something on CD or a dodgy re-print via Ebay.

It definitely changed, the earlier cars had more pins connected than the later cars.

Just replaced the switch on my 1991 R129, and all 14 pins were used.

I would go to a main dealer armed with proof of ownership and ID and get them to order you a barrel that fits your existing key.

The cost is reasonable and means you still have a single key to operate everything.
