Ignition/command problem

I have a 2012 S350L today whilst driving, my radio kept switching its self off. When I go into command settings I cannot alter the lumber support as it says turn ignition on yet the ignition is on and the car running I cannot turn any thing on through command

Could be lost CAN-connectivity for various reasons. I see you are already planning to have the car diagnosed, should reveal the issue.
