Wonder what the poster has for sale?
I remember a guy who was cautioned for keeping someone in his premises because she was in a robbery against him. He could not prove these two people were together. All absolutely right but I’m not sure I’d be able to stop myself.

In theory I agree with your sentiments, but two wrongs do not make a right, towing the car off your drive is one thing but forced access and moving the offending car could well be viewed as theft of a vehicle....
Theft is defined as the intention to permanently to deprive.......
How abour putting-up a sign on your drive saying this is a privately-operated pay'and-display car park and by entering you contractually agree to a parking fee of £150 per day?
I wasn't suggesting the owner actually attempts to 'fine' anyone.... just put up a convincing fake sign, that should scare them off. This is actually not seemingly a bad idea (other than the ugly sign!) - as all the dodgy parking companies lose on is mostly it's not their land and they haven't suffered a loss. The owner in this case IS the owner and has been deprived of his ability to use the land - the only sticky wicket being owner wouldn't be an APCOA member (is that a problem?)
