Using Google what terms or expressions would you search under for information?

Please help!! It would be very much appreciated. I need objective info for a search engine optimization man.

I'm a partner in http://www.armchairadvice.co.uk & it's renewal time for our seo contract. The companies bidding for the new annual contract want a list of search expressions.

We, of course have some in mind. Our problem is we can't be objective and would very much like the input of objective and intelligent fresh eyes and minds.
