Importing a Euro spec car

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience of importing a Euro spec LHD car. I am considering importing one and am aware of:

1. Headlights - do these have to be changed, or can they simply be adjusted?
2. Speedo - needs to have an MPH readout - again, can this be the electronic readout as opposed to the normal scale on the speedometer?

I am aware of the registration process having imported a RH UK spec car, but I have not tried a LH car before.

Any comments/advice welcomed?
