I have always been a fan of cars and motorsports and it is a passion I share with my father and my uncle. My dad used race old BMW 2002s and my uncle still races his Porsche 996. I have always loved old Mercedes racing cars and their history. I am currently building 2 Mercedes w201s. One being an original 1987 2.3-16v.

My uncle and I have always shared racing memorabilia and one of my prized possessions that he gifted me is this Maisto 1:18 300SLR. I thought today was an appropriate day to share given the legend that is on all of our minds. Thank you Mr. Moss for all of your inspiration.
