I think your talking about Greenvale Services, I have just been in there for some work on my E220 CDI (paid for by the dealer) and they seemed very helpful. A couple of future jobs were pointed out to me, without any pressure to make me feel they should be done 'right away' and the offer of a car (as long as I was fully comp for any car).
