Does anyone know of a good , reputable Mercedes Independant specialist in Surrey ???

Not Surrey, but a quick blast down the A3 will get you to Ollys in Horndean. People come from hundreds of miles to get their MBs sorted there.

There are a number of others, that you can try, hence I asked where you are. I also will sing Olly's praises, but it is a long way to go for a routine service.

Anyway some others if you don't want to go that far.

DDR Surrey (Ashtead) - Daniel is good on the more modern cars, he has STAR and the ability to update the Electronic service book if required.

SS Motors Weybridge - I have used them for the Hydraulics on a 1988 SEC, and he has a lot of pre 2000 cars around, well respected

TM Motors in Molesey- Never used them, but always get a good write up.

There is also a relatively new place in Chessington called Star-Tec, no first or second hand knowledge, but they definitely have the right equipment, and a nice website.

I've used Merc Medic in Send... Very happy with their service and they even have loan cars which makes life easy.

I would not recommend TM Motors - They are not an honest bunch.

I would definatly advise peole to go see olly in Horndean, great place, great service and they happily put up with silly questions..

I have known Tony and his family for over twenty years. Dishonest, he is one of the most honest, knowledgeable garage proprietors I have ever met.

I'm soon to pick up a C55 - tried to PM Olly@PCS through this board but lost my message as I don't have enough posts to do that! I'm on the Surrey/Hants border close to Bisley and also looking for something local. The car I am collecting has previously been through PCS hands in recent years so I think I will carry on and go there too
