indicators on wing mirrors...

My 04 c230k has indicators on the mirrors.
Daft question here but are they supposed to flash when you use the indicator as normal when turning??
They flash when locking and unlocking the car but not when turning.

They are suppose to flash when you indicate... No error messages on dash?

I used to get a message when they don't work... The wires have probably broken inside the wing mirror from all the folding action.

Yes, they should flash in conjunction with the indicators and hazards.

Well guess who feels a tit now !!
Work nites so had chance to check them wen finished this morning whilst it was still quite dark....
Guess wot, they flash perfectly fine!
Oh well, we live and learn !
