I have used him a couple of times as well, and he has been very good. A very helpfull and nice bloke.

Ex MB mechanic in Hamilton I use for the C class, He rents a bay in a garage I'll dig out his number if you like?
MB service manager told me he was the best mechanic he ever had.
I'm unsure if he has STAR however. Nice lad.

Mercedes Car Specialists behind Ibrox. They also do BMW and Audi. USed them 4 times for my Z4 all very good ~ £50 p/hr labour rate. The owner is ex MB staff and knows his stuff.

Also used T.J.O'Neill in Carntyne when i had the C class and he was good too, bit out the way though. Far as i remember i paid £87 to have the front pads changed.

Carntyne train station is literaly 2 minutes away from T.J.O'neil and the line goes to Queen street. So although it is out of the way, it's easy enough to get back into the centre of Glasgow.
