Info on 215 CL63/CL69 V12

I wonder if any AMG gurus out there have any info on the 215 V12 CL63/69. The CL63 version was apparently a short run of 25 ish only available from AMG themselves, and an auction advert was posted on one of these on here a while ago. There seems to have been a run of CL69's and a Google image shows a couple of piccies of a UK registered one (reg V12 LOV). Was this a Brabus type model designation, albeit the internet suggests that MB owned the copyright to "CL69". I ask because a friend has told me that there is one lurking unloved in a run down garage not far away. Any ideas?

Apparently five CL69's where built.
Most likely an epic headache to get parts but very interesting.

Why not take a look?

the registration you provided suggests an engine displacement of 5980cc - the same as the AMG M275 unit so perhaps the “69” was a slightly higher output CL65 that didn’t make it beyond prototyping.

The CL63 was just a bored/stroked M137 5.8 to 6.3. Rare but not something that would excite me, personally.
