Been having some starting issues with my ml270 , got it started today with easy start, with top cover off, and I could see air/diesel blowing out

Is this an easy fix or expensive ?

Here’s a link to a video of the issue

Sounds like an injector seal has gone, the fix could be very easy or a pita depending on how difficult the injector is to remove. Try a search for previous threads on the problem.

I believe there's a metal [copper?] ring seal between the injector and the head which has to be renewed. However the Seal seat in the head may have eroded so may have to be recut. There are special tools to do this in-situ. Depending on mileage it might be wise to get all 5 injectors done at the same time? Basic costs may vary according to how difficult it is to remove the injector as some can be seized in the head! Any decent diesel engine/MB specialist will be able to advise as to cost. The bonus being that because frequently the bulk of their work is on commercial vehicles they often charge more realistic prices in comparison to MB main dealers.

It looks like you've caught it early. The cost of fixing it all depends on how easy the injector comes out. A new copper washer is less an £1 and the whole thing can be done in less than an hour if the injector comes straight out. The sooner you get it looked at the better. It can be done as a DIY, depends how handy you are, lots of guides etc.
