Are these pre piezo?
Can they be refurbed, or is it best to replace faulty injectors?
Are 2nd hand too risky to fit?
Do replacements need to be Star matched to the ECU?

Thanks for responses.

fitting is a piece of cake, literally one bolt holding each of them in and they'll wriggle free. However the fuel return line o rings and clips are fragile as so id recommend / be ready to replace them. Comes as a kit from MB £140 for lines, o rings and clips.

I got some low mileage ones off the bay, worked fine.

I've done a few black death clean ups and my injectors are clean, so an easy change if that's the way.

Reason for the thread is I'm looking for reasons for vibes and thought a duff injector might be it.

Today I did a leak off test. 20 minutes at tickover and 3 or 4 spurts of revs to 2k. Not a lot of leak, about 75ml each, and very evenly matched. For a Vito with 127k miles I'm tempted to think these injectors are already replacements.

iCarsoft gives readings I don't have understanding of,
'Adaption value of cylinder 1 for calibration point 0 is 0us.
For cyl 2 is 2us. For cyl 3 -30us. For cyl 4 is 1us

Cylinder 3 looks a bit wild at -30, whatever that means.

Then calibration point 1, cyl 1 is -12us. For cyl 2 is 0us. For cyl 3 is -12us. For cyl 4 is -9us.

Then calibration point 2, cyl 1 is -5us. For cyl 2 is 0us. For cyl 3 is -12us. For cyl 4 is -4us.

Is there indication there that an injector is out of spec and could cause issue?
These figures mean little to me.

I coded the injectors in my OM646 with Carsoft MB2.0.
The engine ran without doing this but I think it was smoother afterwards,
