Injecxtor Question

My E350 goes for it's first A service today. The dealer tells me that there's a recall on the car for injector and wiring loom checks so they've ordered parts just in case.

I thought the injector problems were well over two years ago and only affected four pot engines? Does anyone know the issue?

VOSA - Vehicle Recalls

Could just be a service bulletin where they are asked to replace or check something. There has been cases of fuel leaking back into the wiring loom due to inadequate seals. Not sure how widespread that was though

Apparently, two possible jobs but only one required doing. Injector loom re-routed and re-secured to avoid chafing.
