Has anyone any idea how to change the speed at the top of the instrument cluster, (where the parking ‘P’ and time are displayed), from k/hr to mph and also in the center of the cluster the tyre pressure from kPa to psi. Thanks, Mark.

The speed display in Km/H can be changed to outside temperature display (but not to mph display) via the 'delete UK' mod - this requires STAR diagnostic computer. www.comandonline.co.uk can do this for you though you'll have to drive-up from Wales to Lightwater (well worth it IMO - they can do all sorts of clever things and retrofits to your car).
I don't have pressure-sensor-based TPMS so not sure about changing from kPa to psi, but from reading other threads online I think it's not possible.
