Intercooler rubber gasket where to get them?

Hello,
I had a wee leak from the intercooler turbo side, I just put it apart to find that the rubber gasket is burned, the heat of the turbo. Mercedes do not sell the gasket from what I am aware, does anyomne knows where I could get a gasket? Dimensions are 13mm X 6.5mm.
Also, is it normal to get a little oil there from the turbo I guess? Or it should be bone dry?

hiya,
I went there and apparently there are none as they are selling the complete whole unit at 265+VAT. A wee to much for a gasket?
I went to pentland and another motor shop, none have them and the sealant in tube are only rated 250 degres, I reckon the air might be hotter then this coming direcltly from the turbo?
