There are so many holes in both the actual idea and the business plan it amazes me how the AA got involved...
Reading between the lines it's not set up with the car owners benefit in mind, sounds more like a back street approach to what most main dealers do now anyone; no service books, it's all digital.
And the £1M turnover means very little, I've done more than that (on my own from a shed at the bottom of the garden) in the past 18 months.
