Look beyond the 'unusual' paintwork, and if it drives OK, you could have a cheap seven-seater hack for £400. Run it till the MoT is due, and if it doesn't pass, take the exhaust (stainless steel) off and sell it on Gumtree, and scrap the car. A good bangernomics deal, I think.
