Interior colour tips

So, my R230 SL350 has a black interior with a light grey stitching.

The steering wheel is black and has red stitching.

What things would you do to try and tie these all together?

I thought about red paddle shift extenders, but not feeling the whole 'stick on' paddle extenders... so what else can I do?

Wife said she can sew a red stitching on to the floor mats...

Red seat belts?

Any ideas?
