    Hi Guys. Can anyone help or advise me. I have recently bought a 380SLC from an insurance salvage yard that was heavily vandalised. The seats have all been slashed and loads of red spray paint covers the interior.

    I've done all the dash, sorted the bodywork and given the engine the TLC it has lacked in recent years, but I am stumped on what to do about the interior.

    For the last six months I've posted hundreds of wanted ads everywhere I can think of to get a replacement. The interior is a biscuit coloured leather.

    Should I just get a re-trim job done, if so by who and how much? My budget isn't vast so I doubt I'll be visiting the Rolls dealer who's fine work features elsewhere on this section, let's face it if I had that kind of money I would not be buying a write off from a salvage yard. That said, I'm not trying to cut corners, all the work done so far is at least up to what you would expect from MB.

    Also where should I go to get the alloys restored and how much will that be. They're standard 16" merc alloys.

    All help/advice appreciated

    Most car bodyshops can either restore wheels or will at least know where to send them to. &nbsp;I know of a place but it's a LONG way from Teesside!

    Just a thought but.....

    I have a complete biscuit coloured interior from my W124 CE sitting in the loft. It's only cloth I am affraid but perhaps the seats would fit??? I dunno but maybe someone out there knows if the runners are the same.

    I have only kept hold of them coz I know that its guaranteed the day I get rid of em someone will come along and ask if anyone has a set. &nbsp; <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/blush.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':blush:'>

    Spike, oh, how easy would that be...

    They never make anything easy for us!! <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('> &nbsp;<img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/baaa.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':baa:'>

    I can help with some seats, but no biscuit leather.
    in fact, had a mint biscuit check interior for an SLC a few months back, sold almost immediately.

    Only leather i have for an SLC is brown (dark, almost black)

    but may be able to help with another colour interior, complete blue velour interior etc...

    let me know. <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>
