I bought the car about 2 month ago now, it’s a 2017 c220d and the interior lighting has never worked but I’ve not been to fussed as been light when I’ve drove but it’s becoming fairly annoying! What could this be wouldn’t know we’re to begin!

Firstly check the position of the internal lights switch in the overhead panel near the rearview mirror.

Then check the instrument cluster for 'Convenience menu' and see if there are any configurable options there for the interior lights.

And lastly, make sure you check this at night - the car has a light sensor, and some lights (e.g. puddle lights) only illuminate at night time.

If all else failes, just take it to your dearest MB dealer, the car is still under warranty.

yeah none of that works, I’ll phone them up tomorrow was hoping it was something simple but when is it!

It could be as simple as a fuse... but it's under warranty, so let them sort it out.
