If it is the dial bulb that has gone on the heating panel, simply pull off the dial itself to reveal a bulb.
If it is one behind the panel, then undo the nut now revealed and do the same for the other side. This should show all your bulbs for the panel.
Go to MB for the bulb (less than a quid each) as they are a lower wattage than the ones generally available.
Not sure about the vent bulb, but has been covered in other threads, a quick search will bring them to light. (oops no pun intended)
