I have a 2012 C220 With white half leather/cloth seats (non heated)
I’m sick of them getting dirty and showing stains after getting wet so I’m looking at changing to black leather
My question is… if I purchase a set of black leather heated seats does the car have the wiring under the seats to plug in and behind the dash?
I know I need to purchase the buttons for the dash but are the wires already behind so it’s an easy plug and play or do I need to get an auto electrician out to do this?

Merry Christmas and a happy new year to all

Thank you

I doubt if a non-heated car would have the wiring - my 124 hasn't. We installed heated seats and they are much smarter than the 420K Km originals. But they stay col!

Others will know better than I.

OP, have you considered getting them re upholstered, yes would be more cost wise, but it will be brand new.

Risky. I'd ask a detailer to clean and reseal the leather & cloth first.

Failing that, why not just get fresh covers fitted by a trimmer?
