Hi all. I'm having an intermittent battery drain on my 2004 S350.
I have a brand new battery fitted.
Some times it will go for days unused and start fine in the morning. Some times it'll be so flat the doors won't unlock after one night.
I've connected an ammeter in series to the -ve terminal, and with all the doors closed and locked I am getting a reading of 0.17 amps after a half hour sleep.
I figured this isn't enough to flatten the battery overnight.
Any suggestions? I assume it's a bit pointless pulling fuses if my current is so low. I know it's not 0.05A, but surely still not enough to drop it to 4 volts overnight?
