Windows XP, IE6. 1Mb broadband.
Let's say I go to a travel site that throws up a few redirects to get best deals for hotels (ie Expedia, Opodo, Travelocity) the redirected pages come back with "page cannot be displayed". However it works if the redirected page starts with the destination website's proper address.
For example if I was on www.tripadvisor.com and one of the redirectors is to Expedia.co.uk then the following is the case....
This would work ok... "http://www.expedia.co.uk...." (driectly throws up Expedia website).
However doesn't work if it's "http://www.tripadvisor.com/ExpediaHotelsGDSU...." (directing to Expedia through it's own URL with fancy switches at the end of the URL).
Any ideas ? Have I explained myself correctly ?
