You cant reply direct, you have to PM (Private Message) the specific member. You also need 30+ posts and then admin authorise PM facility for you. Tbh, I'm not sure posting 62 posts in one day counts tho

It should automatically allow it after 30 posts but sometimes it doesn't straight away. There are rules about quality posts but as I haven't read them all, I can't comment.
