For Sale - my SAT NAV set up, including a fully featured PDA !
OK - I'm hoping somebody on here will be interested in this and it can go to a good home, rather than the happy land of eBay . . .
The Package includes :-
Compaq iPAQ 3630 PDA (I have had for a couple of years) in full working order.
32Mb RAM
206Mhz Strongarm Processor
Has been upgraded to Pocket PC 2002, at cost - original upgrade CD supplied.
Can be used on its own, or with Compact Flash Card Jacket.
128Mb Compact Flash Card is included, ( I will leave it pre-loaded with the TomTom UK Maps - full UK Coverage.)
Serial Sync Cradle, which also has input for the mains adapter, so you can charge while connected to your PC.
Mains adapter - which can be used separately
Leather Case, to protect it when not in use in the car / elsewhere.
Original Box, manuals, & CDs supplied
TomTom Navigator 2 Software - original CD & Serial Code - latest edition, including London Congestion Charging Info. Voice prompts - just like much more expensive systems !!
Additional Points of interest databases can be uploaded and overlayed on Maps - download links can be found at www.pocketgps.co.uk
Active Car Mount - made by Brodit. No drilling required. This mount is for the W202 and clips perfectly into place on the centre air vents. Swivel and adjustable tilt.
Built in charging cable for iPAQ which connects to Cig Lighter Plug.
This alone cost £50 from www.handnav.co.uk
Serial Sync Cable and null modem adapter - this is currently used to connect to my Road Angel which provides the GPS signal.
You will need to either use a Road Angel, (like me !) or buy a small GPS receiver from eBay / elsewhere suitable to connect to the iPAQ.
The serial sync cable is still useful as a spare, or for when travelling.
