Yes.....and an MOT fail.....chances of being caught (£1000) fine or failing the MOT as long as the emissions get through?.....approximately ZERO.
Voids your insurance too....again I've never heard of a claim failing due to a decat.

But......you probably break the law everyone you drive in one way or another.....so if you sit at home and worry about such things then don't take advantage of the offer....if you actually want to live your life with a little excitement and risk....then go for it!
