iphone alarms

I have the iphone 4, not that impressed so far, can't find the alarm or the radio. thats if they have them. if not does that mean the technology has gone back 15 years and i can't figure out how to change the send and receive settings on the emails. i have 3 email accounts on the phone and i want to send and receive all at different times. like one account every 10 mins and the others every hour. it seens to all or nothing.

alarms are under the 'clock' app, which i think is in the utilities folder on the new iphone.

No radio from scratch on the iphone, but there are numerous radio apps to download, which give you the live streams digitally, which means are far better quality sound.
