Hi

I have three different email accounts on my phone, two work related and one personal, is there a way to set a separate signature for each account?

Many thanks

Tan

You should not have to tap more than necessary — and you don't have to when comes the time to end your emails with a signature. iPhone Mail will automatically append a the signature you have defined — when you have defined it.

Fortunately, creating an email signature (unfortunately, you can only have one for all accounts) in iPhone Mail is easy. Set Up Your iPhone Mail Signature

Afraid not, so either your friends get to read your legal disclaimer or you risk breaching the Companies Act. :thumb:

I strongly suspect you can if you have jailbroken your phone.

Really, know that is interesting... I have one of these said devices.

I have work/personal on mine - however my work email goes from an exchange server and that add's the disclaimers etc to it during sending. Many normal email providers can also do this, might be worth checking where your work email is sent from and reading the docs :)

As my corporate email is on Exchange, our BB or Iphone devices do not need any signature as we append them to all emails via the server
