Ipod Nano help.

Hello chaps, I've just got the 6th generation model.
Now; when I listen to music it likes to go into standby if I don't touch the screen.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Apart from that it's great.

Does the music still carry on playing? I think they do that by default dont they?
