Irfan resizing help..

I'm trying to post some pics. I'm using Irfan View to resize. I've used the lowest setting to resize them, but I'm still not allowed to post them, says they are too big, but there's nothing I can see on Irfan that gives you an option to reduce to, for example, 100kb

Help the numptie.....Ta

if your saving as a jpeg irfanview should give you a quality slider which will knock the size down.

It does, but it doesn't tell you what the size is, I've tried it and it stil tells me that the size is to big.....

i knock mine down to about 80% and they fit most forums, depends how big they are to start with, just check the size of the pic after you've saved it, once you've done a couple you should be able to get it right first time.
