Received a call yesterday from the MB central booking team on behalf of my local dealer.
"Good morning sir, I'm calling about your CLK. We would just like to offer you a complimentary wash and vacuum and wanted to know when was best to book you in". :fail
"You clearly don't know me, do you?", I replied.
"No, sir, I am calling from the bookings team, not from the dealer".
"I appreciate your kind offer, but I can assure you my car does not need a wash and vacumm".
Did one of you lot put them up to it, I wonder?......
