is it normal for a c63 not to start if you have interior light on or stereo for a short time whilst engine is off?

Defiantly not. I used to sit and watch DVD's in the C63 whilst on the channel tunnel train with the engine switched off and not once did I get stuck on the train!

Are you just getting a flat battery or some other problem? How do you 'resolve' it when it happens?

Well the car warns you and powers downbut if I put interior lights back on again or stereo...the needs to be jumped to start

Have the battery checked. Not with a multimeter but a proper device that can check it under load.

+1 on the full load battery check
