Is it ok to top up with non MB coolant?

My level is ever so slightly low, and I already have some of the Comma Xstream Green stuff. Can I use it to top up (already has green in there) or do I need to trek to a main dealer to get some?

It had a flush and refill with "proper" MB stuff about 6 months ago.

Get the same MB antifreeze/corrosion inhibitor that was used when it was last changed. Don't think its that expensive. A litre should fine.----to buy not to use it all!

If it is "ever so slightly" low then just leave it and see what happens. If it continues to fall then you will need to investigate otherwise just leave it.

Will do, to be honest I still cant see a level mark so I am not even sure thats its lost anything!
