Is my unusual car colour really that unusual?

My '06 SL500 is Teal blue colour code 946U, I get some good comments on it being an unusual colour and wondered whether there was a database to how many SL500's were produced in this colour?

Not entirely sure how seeing the car will help in deciding whether there is a database of how many of each colour were produced but here you go

Why not email MB Germany and ask how many RHD they produced ?
