I start to think in my engine where is no MAF sensor, and amount of air is measured by measuring temp of incoming air. I think at low rpm engine is sucking air by himself, and air movement in the intake is slow. As turbo is start to boost air moves faster and it cools the iat sensor. I wonder if engine is running lean at low rpm ? (up to ~1500rpm)

Both my last 2 discoveries tdi and td5 had both the maf and the iat sensor.
Disco iat also measued the boost pressure

Info for c250td from autodata cd measured across the two pins sensor disconnected
20 deg c 5757/6063 ohms
30 deg c 3705/4095 ohms
40 deg c 2470/2750 ohms

The iat sensor is a common TD5 problem and i had to change mine twice in 3 years, £40 from dealer, both times i measured and it had gone miles out of range.
